Recently I had the opportunity to review LA native Christopher Williams’ retrospective at its first stop, the Art Institute of Chicago. Williams’ wide-ranging career is well represented, in a setting that showcases his conceptual attitude to photography. The retrospective will travel to MoMA and the Whitechapel Gallery in London. More art for you all: I reviewed the James Turrell retrospective at LACMA for this is tomorrow, and you can read it here . The pieces have secret doors that make them accessible to disabled people, which is great.
